Difficulty urinating or complete blockage
A tumor can obstruct the urinary tract and cause:
A weak or intermittent stream of urine.
Difficulty initiating urination.
A total inability to urinate, which constitutes a medical emergency.
These symptoms require immediate attention.
Unexplained weight loss
Rapid weight loss, without changes in diet or specific physical activity, is a common sign of advanced cancer. If you are losing weight for no apparent reason, get a complete medical check-up.
Chronic fatigue and general weakness
Persistent exhaustion, general weakness, or unexplained anemia can be linked to a tumor that disrupts metabolism. Listen to your body: excessive fatigue is never harmless.
